Being a responsible travel and tour company, Well Adventure Tours & Travel makes every attempt to minimize the negative impacts on the local economy, natural environment and culture in which it operates. We converge our focus to provide maximum income generating opportunities to the locals and thus we choose our trekking guides and porters from the same trekking region as far as possible. Our whole attempt is concentrated in offering our guests with maximum enjoyable experiences. Not only will our guests go through memorable adventure but they will also establish friendship with locals and get the firsthand experience about the social and cultural life.      
We are fully aware of the porter welfare and we try to include local porters as far as possible. We strictly follow International Porter Protection Guidelines (IPPG). Our tour and trek leaders are from the local region as far as possible. It allows you to get in depth knowledge of local culture, festival, tradition and lifestyle. We encourage our guests to buy local products as far as possible. We do our best not to disturb the environmental and cultural ecology. We get actively involved in relief activities during natural disaster. We expect our guests to help in minimizing pollution and display socially acceptable etiquettes. We are actively involved in charity for raising funds for conservation of local cultural heritages. We support various local programs.
We encourage our guests to take a disposable water bottle and water purification tablets. We promote sustainable tourism. We advise our guests to take travel packages during off- peak period to avoid the draining of resources. Knowledge of our staffs are continually upgraded in responsible tourism practices.
Certain percentage of our profit goes to local rural development projects in rural communities which have helped in significant way to uplift the social and economic status of natives.
